Through tumbling, the previously milled parts are cleaned of burr residues in special tumblers that use cutting-edge technologies to always obtain excellent results in terms of tolerance, even with small pieces.

With the sandblasting process, on the other hand, the pieces that come from cnc work centers are smoothed, minimizing the roughness level of the piece.

Each milled detail that has undergone a tumbling or sandblasting process is then checked by the quality department, to verify that all the criteria and critical dimensions shown on the drawings have been respected and that no imperfections are present.
